In 2008 Alfred Memelink joined an epic voyage to Antarctica on the New Zealand research ship Tangaroa. The voyage not only inspired him but opened his eyes to this amazing wilderness. It has made him aware of the necessity to work towards sustainability and to preserve Antarctica as an International Nature Park. This is his voyage diary.
