We watched March of the Penguins this evening after dinner. After watching the movie I formed a different opinion of Skuas, I know what they are really thinking and don’t seem to regard penguins the same way that we do.

In 2008 Alfred Memelink joined an epic voyage to Antarctica on the New Zealand research ship Tangaroa. The voyage not only inspired him but opened his eyes to this amazing wilderness. It has made him aware of the necessity to work towards sustainability and to preserve Antarctica as an International Nature Park. This is his voyage diary.
